The time JaraStay receives your cancellation request determines what happens next.
At least 24 hours before check-in
Cancellation is free when JaraStay receives the request at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
Inside 24 hours
When the request arrives inside 24 hours of scheduled check-in, the first night is charged.
No-show
A no-show is non-refundable. Contact JaraStay as soon as plans change instead of waiting until after check-in.
How to request help
Send your booking reference, hotel name, check-in date, contact details and reason for the request. JaraStay support will review the booking and explain the next step.
Refund timing
Once a refund is approved and processed, the time it takes to appear depends on the payment provider and receiving bank. Keep the refund confirmation until the funds arrive.
