What an approved listing means
Hotels shown in public JaraStay search are active and approved in the platform. Approval does not guarantee that every future travel condition will be risk-free, so review the current hotel, room and location details before booking.

Pay only through confirmed channels
Complete payment only through the JaraStay booking flow or a channel explicitly confirmed by JaraStay support. Do not transfer money because of an unsolicited message or unfamiliar payment link.

Protect your account
Do not share your password or one-time code. Check the website address before signing in or paying, and contact support if an account message looks unusual.

Before travelling
Recheck the hotel name, address, dates, room, guest count, booking reference and check-in information in your confirmation.

At check-in
If the hotel, room, price or reservation differs from the confirmation, keep the evidence and contact JaraStay before making a second payment.

Urgent incidents
Move to a safer place when possible and contact local emergency authorities when necessary. Then inform JaraStay with the booking reference and a clear description of what happened.

Report a listing or request
Send the hotel name, booking reference, relevant messages or receipts, what happened and your preferred callback channel.
